Steamed Three Eggs

Save the 4 egg yolks separately.

Beat the remaining egg white and 1 egg into egg liquid.

Cut salted duck eggs into cubes. Separate the egg white and yolk of the songhua egg into pieces. Put the salted duck egg and songhua egg white into the egg mixture and mix well.

Take a container (lunch box) and wrap it tightly with baking foil. Mainly to facilitate the removal of the finished product. Spread the Songhua egg yolk on the bottom layer. Pour in the beaten egg mixture.

Put it in an electric pressure cooker and steam for 5 minutes.

Add a little salt to the egg yolk and stir well. After steaming for 5 minutes, remove the lid and pour in the egg yolk gently. After pouring, make sure that the container is stable.

Continue to steam for 10-15 minutes.

Remove the tin foil out of the pan and put it on a plate.

Cut it with a knife and serve it after garnishing.
Tips:
1. The ratio of "steamed three eggs": 5 eggs, 1 salted duck egg, 1 songhua egg
2. Leave 4 egg yolks a bit too much, 3 will do. Put everything else in the egg liquid.
3. Songhua eggs can also be steamed for 5 minutes to make the yolk solidify before cutting.
