Use chopsticks to pierce the eyes of the blue crab. After about five minutes, the blue crab is basically in a coma. Untie the rope and clean the blue crab with a toothbrush. The mouth is not easy to wash, you can cut it off with scissors.

Add water, a little cooking wine, and ginger slices to the steamer and bring to a boil.

When the water in the steamer boils, you can put the crabs in the steam; it will be steamed in about 10 minutes on high heat, and the time is determined according to the size of the blue crabs.

When steaming the crabs, you can adjust your favorite dipping sauce (I put vinegar, sugar, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, and chopped green onions, it's delicious.).
