Steamed Tilapia
1.
Wash the fish clean, pull two knives on the fish body, and wipe both sides of the fish with a small spoon of salt. Slice the green onion, ginger, and garlic into the fish maw and marinate for 10 minutes.
2.
Add 1 tablespoon of rice wine to the fish and steam for 8-10 minutes. Then pour out the water in the fish bowl. The steamed water is smelly, so throw it away.
3.
Add oil to the pot and pour the steamed fish soy sauce. When the oil and soy sauce are hot and bubbling, add the chopped coriander, immediately pour it into the steamed fish bowl, and pour it over the fish. Serve.
Tips:
The water for steaming fish must be poured out. So it’s delicious when the fish is topped with soy sauce. If you don’t like coriander, you can use green onions instead. If you don’t like coriander and green onions, it’s fine.
