Steamed Tofu with Minced Meat
1.
Wash the ingredients, cut the tenderloin into small pieces (you can also use minced meat, but the grains cut with a knife have a better taste), minced green onion, ginger and garlic, and 2 tsp of bean paste
2.
The rot is a little harder, not easy to chop, and very tender), half a box of tofu is enough for one person, cut into small pieces and put in a bowl for later use
3.
Heat the oil pan, add the minced ginger and garlic bean paste until fragrant, stir-fry the meat until it becomes broken and discolored. The bean paste itself is very salty, so there is no need to add salt if it tastes light
4.
Spread the fried minced meat on the tofu
5.
After the water in the steamer is boiled, put it in a high heat and steam for 3~5 minutes (steam it like this, the tofu will be more delicious)
6.
Turn off the heat, pour a small spoonful of sesame oil, sprinkle with chopped green onion, and then
7.
carry out
Tips:
1. Cut the tenderloin into small pieces, or minced meat with a meat grinder. I personally think that the meat pieces have a better taste
2. The meat can be marinated with starch, light soy sauce, and cooking wine for 5 to 10 minutes, so that the meat will taste smoother and tender. It’s troublesome, you don’t need to pickle it first, depending on your preference
3. Tofu is best to use Juan tofu, which is slightly harder than internal fat tofu, and tastes better with meat.
