Steamed Tofu with Minced Meat

Use appropriate amount of sugar, salt and flavor to prepare minced meat, cut into thick slices of tofu, and spread a bit of millet powder on each side.

Put the minced meat on the noodles and fry the shallots with five tablespoons of oil. Fry and put-set aside.

Put the steamer, steam for ten minutes, take out and pour out the juice.

Mix the condiments and scallion oil, pour on the finished surface and serve.
Tips:
Don't waste the poured liquid. You can add some hot water, some chopped green onions, and an egg to make a bowl of egg drop soup. The taste is also good.
