Steamed Tofu with Minced Meat

Cut the southern tofu into slices and arrange them evenly on the plate.

Let the water boil in the lid and steam for 8 minutes.

Put the minced meat in a hot pan with cold oil, fry until the minced meat changes color, then push the minced meat aside and saute the minced green onion and ginger with the remaining oil.

Add a little light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, cooking wine, water, steamed fish soy sauce, pepper, and simmer for a few minutes to thicken.

Pour out the water in the tofu and pour the minced meat juice on the tofu with a spoon.
