Steamed Tofu with Minced Meat

Cut the tofu into one-centimeter-thick pieces and spread them flat on a plate.

Add oil to the pan, sauté the garlic, add the minced meat and stir-fry until the fat is oily

Stir-fry until minced meat is slightly dry, imperial grain, in a smoky shape, add bean paste, salt, sugar, and soy sauce and stir fry for flavor

Pour the fried meat on the tofu and steam in a pan for 10 minutes

Sprinkle with peanuts (fried)
