Steamed Tofu with Minced Meat

Prepare ingredients, minced ginger, chopped green onion, tempeh sauce, tofu, and minced meat melted.

Spread the tofu slices into the inner pot of the rice cooker.

Heat oil in a pot, sauté the chopped green onion, ginger, and star anise, then add the minced meat and stir-fry, then add the tempeh sauce, steamed fish soy sauce, salt, and stir well.

Put in a large bowl of water and bring to a boil. The amount should be sufficient. If the tofu is not steamed, it will dry out easily. Add a little chicken essence and bring it out of the pot.

Pour the prepared sauce on the tofu.

Set the iron kettle for 30 minutes, and start cooking.

The aroma is overflowing during the steaming process. After opening the lid, the tofu has been cooked thoroughly and the flavors blended.
