Steamed Tofu with Minced Meat and Egg

Two pieces of soft tofu.

Cut into even slices. Put it in the stack. Set it up.

Salt the minced meat and add oil. Add light soy sauce and stir well. Then put it on both sides of the tofu. And the middle one.

Beat the eggs with pure milk and beat them up.

Then pour into the space on both sides of the tofu.

Then put two broccoli. In the middle of the egg.

Just steam it for 15 minutes. I put too many eggs here, in fact one is just fine. Then serve it out.

Add oil to the pot, add light soy sauce, and water. Pour it on tofu when it's opened.

Top with light soy sauce. Just sprinkle some chopped green onions.
Tips:
Don't steam it for too long. I forgot, it's a bit old
