Steamed Tofu with Mustard and Minced Pork

Main ingredients; soft tofu, minced pork, mustard, chives

Tear off the plastic cover of the tofu and buckle it upside down on the plate. Use scissors to cut a small hole in the four corners of the box. After a few taps, the tofu will be taken out completely.

Put the removed tofu into a deeper container and cut into pieces.

Heat the pan with cold oil, add part of the chopped green onions and saute until fragrant, add the minced meat and stir fry

Stir-fry the water vapor of the minced meat, cook it into the cooking wine.

Add the right amount of salt, oyster sauce, and a little sugar. (Sugar to improve freshness, you can leave it if you don’t like it)

Tips:
The soup will come out when it is steamed. It is best to use a darker container.
