Steamed Tofu with Olive Vegetable and Minced Pork-changdi Steam Oven Recipe

Add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce to the minced pork. Mix the remaining 1 tablespoon of soy sauce with 1 tablespoon of water.

Add ginger and stir well.

Add olive vegetables and 15 g chopped green onion, mix well.

Chop the dried chili and set aside.

Cut the tofu into pieces and put it on the plate.

Place the minced pork on the tofu and spread evenly.

For tofu, use old tofu instead of soft tofu.
