Steamed Tofu with Pork Ribs

Prepare the ingredients.

Cut the ribs into small sections and soak them in clean water to remove blood.

Mince tempeh, shred ginger, and mince garlic.

Heat oil in the pot, add the cut tempeh, garlic, and ginger, stir-fry on a low heat and turn off the heat.

Soak the ribs in the bleeding water to control the moisture, add starch and stir evenly.

After mixing, add light soy sauce, stir-fry the fragrant seasoning, white pepper and sugar and marinate for 20 minutes.

Cut the tofu into thick slices and put it on the plate.

Put the marinated ribs on the tofu.
9.
Put it in a steamer and steam for 25 minutes.
Tips:
1. Chopped smaller ribs are easier to taste, and cooked faster.
2. Tofu is easier to operate when choosing old tofu. Of course, soft tofu is also possible.
