Steamed fish with tempeh is also more popular in my family. Husband likes to eat tempeh. Use it to steam fish. good to eat.

Steamed Tongs Fish with Tempeh

1. Wash the fish bought at the market, and then cut it like this, don't cut it. If it won't cut. It can be cut well in the market.

2. Cut the fish on the plate

3. Prepared bean drum and ginger chopped

4. Spread on the fish and drizzle with peanut oil

5. Bring the water to a boil and add the fish. Steam for about 8 minutes

6. It's ready to be served, sprinkle some chopped green onion and drizzle some soy sauce

Tips:

No need to add salt. Bean drum has a salty taste
