Steamed Turbot

One turbot.

Double-sided cutting knife.
3.
Spread some cooking wine and salt.
4.
Spread green onions under the fish, and ginger and green onions on top.
5.
Boil the water in the pot and steam for 8-10 minutes (depending on the size of the fish).
6.
Cut ginger, green onion, red pepper and green onion leaves into thin strips and soak in water.
7.
Do not use the steamed fish broth and the sliced ginger and shallots.
8.
Drizzle light soy sauce or steamed fish and soy sauce with shredded ginger, green onion and red pepper.
9.
Drizzle with boiling hot oil.
