Steamed Wakame with Chopped Pepper Yellow Croaker

The main ingredients are as shown in the picture.

Wash the wakame and slice it. Cut green onions into small pieces. Shred the ginger and slice the shiitake mushrooms into large slices. Add some garlic paste in the chopped pepper sauce. The above accessories are spare.

Yellow croaker, remove the internal organs and wash, set aside.

Tips:
When steaming fish, if you see the fish eyes change from black to white, it means that the fish is cooked. If the time is too long, the fish will not be fresh and tender.
