Steamed Yellow Bone Fish in Black Bean Sauce

Open the yellow bone fish, remove the belly and clean it

Use ginger, green onion, chopped tempeh, add appropriate amount of light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, and cooking wine to make a black bean sauce and pour it on top of the fish.

Bring water to a boil, put the fish in the pot and steam for 6 minutes.

After the fish is out of the pan, add an appropriate amount of peanut oil to the pan, boil it, and pour it on top of the fish to be out of the pan.
