Steamed Yellow Bone Fish with Garlic and Black Beans

Stump the tempeh, garlic, and ginger first.

Put a little light soy sauce, sugar, cornstarch, and pepper in a bowl and set aside.

Boil water in the pot.

Put the prepared tempeh sauce on the fish dish and spread evenly.

Put the yellow bone fish on the plate and steam for 8 minutes.

After opening the lid, add the coriander and green onions, cover the lid, turn off the heat and simmer for a while.
Tips:
The fish is relatively small, just steaming for eight minutes is enough.
