Steamed Yellow Croaker

Prepare yellow croaker and steamed fish soy sauce.

The guts and scales of yellow croaker are removed, the fish is cut with a knife, ginger and green onions are placed on the plate, some are also placed on the fish, and ginger is also placed in the belly.

Pour the steamed fish soy sauce evenly on the fish.

Add water to the steamer, boil it, put it in the fish dish, steam for 6 minutes on high heat, then turn off the heat and simmer for 3 minutes.

After the steamed fish, remove the ginger slices and green onions, and put a lot of green onions.

Heat the peanut oil in a wok and pour it on the fish body and the shredded green onions.

Garnish with coriander, and steamed yellow croaker is ready.
Tips:
1. Yellow croaker is very delicious and does not require cooking wine to come and go. I don't like the taste of cooking wine myself.
2. My fish is about 6 taels. If the fish is big, please increase the steaming time as appropriate.
3. Put the fish in the steamer after the steaming, the fish will be more tender.
