Steamed Yellow Croaker

Wash the guts and scales of yellow croaker

Cut the fish with an oblique knife and cut to the bones, so that it will cook faster and taste better

Put garlic and ginger slices in the incision to remove the fishy smell

Boiling and steaming in a steamer for 5 or 6 minutes. Remove the water from the steamed fish on the plate. Take out the garlic cloves and ginger slices.
