Steamed Yellow Croaker with Ham

Wash the ham and slice it.

Remove the scales and internal organs of the small yellow croaker, and wash it.

Place the yellow croaker evenly on the plate, and spread ham slices on it.

Pour in cooking wine and green onion, ginger and garlic to remove the fishy smell.
