Steamed Yong Tofu with Minced Fish

Cut the tofu well and put it on a plate.

Dip the mussel meat with a little cornstarch water and spread it on the tofu. (Our fish has been processed, and it contains salt, pepper and tangerine peel.)

Spread ginger and steam over high heat for 10 minutes.

Finally, add light soy sauce and glutinous rice, heat an appropriate amount of oil, and add cooked oil to serve.
