Yuba contains a variety of minerals, supplements calcium, prevents osteoporosis caused by calcium deficiency, promotes bone development, and concentrates the essence of soybeans. It is the nutritional champion of soy products. Eating yuba can strengthen the brain and prevent Alzheimer's disease, prevent hardening of the arteries, protect the heart, lower the cholesterol content in the blood, and prevent hyperlipidemia and arteriosclerosis. It has the effects of clearing heat and moisturizing the lungs, relieving cough and eliminating phlegm, and is suitable for almost everyone.
Today I made a steamed dish with yuba, seasoned with tempeh and light soy sauce, which is simple and delicious.

Steamed Yuba with Tempeh

1. Prepare ingredients: soak the yuba in advance, garlic, chopped pepper, and tempeh

2. Cut the soaked yuba into sections

6. Fry the aroma and pour it on the yuba.

7. Put it in the steamer, change to medium heat and steam for 10 minutes.

8. The finished product!
