Stew with Horned Melon, Seafood and Mushroom

Prepare the ingredients

Heat the pan with oil, add the horned melon and stir fry a few times

Add seafood mushrooms and carrots
4.
Stir fry for a while
5.
Add canned pork and simmer for a few minutes
6.
Just add coriander and a pinch of salt when it comes out of the pan
7.
Stir well
Tips:
After the canned pork, let it simmer for two minutes.
