Stewed Beef

Supplements (if there is a stew material as shown in the picture, it is better)

Soak the beef in water, wash the blood, and drain the water;

Beef slices on a plate (remove when you eat)
Tips:
You can keep the stewed beef broth, freeze it in the refrigerator, and continue to use it next time you want to eat it (just add a small amount of auxiliary ingredients for the second time)
