Stewed Beef

Choose fresh beef tendons, put in a pot under cold water, add ginger slices, boil the bleeding water, and skim the foam.

Boil for about 10 minutes, then remove and soak in cold water.

Put it in a deep pot and put in a bag of halogen material.

A few rock candy, half a bowl of light soy sauce, half a bowl of dark soy sauce, two spoons of salt, add water to cover the meat.

Boil on high heat to remove any foam, and simmer for one hour on medium heat.

Cook until the chopsticks can easily pierce the meat, turn off the heat, and soak for more than 4 hours overnight to make it more delicious.

Take out the slices and serve immediately. Dip with salt and pepper or hot sauce.
