Stewed Beef

Soak the beef in water

Change the water twice in the middle, soak until the water is not red

Prepare a pot of cold water, add beef and boil

Pour out the beef and rinse with hot water

Add light soy sauce, brine, dark soy sauce, cooking wine, ginger, sugar, and chili to the pot

Add beef after boiling

There must be plenty of water, don’t add water in the middle

Bring to a boil over high heat first, then turn to medium heat and simmer slowly

The whole process is about 70 minutes, and the beef out of the pot continues to be soaked in the original soup

Just take out the slices when you want to eat

Note: It is best to add a section of sugar cane to the boiled beef, and do not add water in the middle of the process to remove the odor
