Stewed Beef Brisket with Potatoes

Cut the sirloin quickly, soak in water for half an hour

Add water to boil the sirloin and remove it

Stir in the pot
4.
Add sirloin and stir fry
5.
Add light soy sauce and stir fry evenly

While adding rock sugar

Pour into the electric saucepan and simmer until crisp

Carrots and potatoes cut into large pieces

Pour into the pot and stir fry
10.
Add beef and stir fry

Add hot water, salt, cooking wine, boil on high heat

Turn to low heat and cook until cooked through

It can be eaten while it is hot~~~
Tips:
1. For stewing, be sure to choose sirloin for the best taste
2. Carrots do not have to be added
