Stewed Big Bones

The big bones after blanching are reserved

Put the big bones into the pot and add some water to submerge the bones

Put, green onion, ginger, cinnamon, bay leaf, star anise, dried chili.

Add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, cooking wine, turn to a low heat and simmer for an hour

Add salt and simmer for ten minutes

Out of the pan.
