Tips:
1. It takes a long time to stew the peach gum and saponaria rice, and it takes 1-2 hours depending on the quantity, so it cannot be cooked at the same time as the bird's nest;
2. According to the thickness of the bird's nest itself, choose the stewing time, if the time is too long, the water will be easily dissolved; the amount of water in the stewed bird's nest is not easy to be too much, it is enough if there is no silk;
3. Add rock sugar after the stew. It is not advisable to add rock sugar in advance to prevent the bird's nest from turning into water.
