Stewed Black-bone Chicken Soup with Tianma

Prepare ginger, Tianma, Chuanxiong, Angelica dahurica, red dates (with nucleus removed), wash and put in the pot.

Wash the chicken and put it in the pot, add water and start cooking

Add salt in one and a half hours and it's done
Tips:
If you don’t want the soup to be too oily, you can remove the chicken skin
