Tips:
1. If you use dried shiitake mushrooms, pour the water of soaking shiitake mushrooms into the soup and boil together, the fragrance will be stronger, so you can wash the mushrooms carefully. It is said that the water used for soaking mushrooms is rich in nutrients, and you can use it to give a "spa" massage to areas that are prone to dryness on the body such as calves, arms, etc., so that the epidermal cells can fully absorb water, and the skin will be softer and whiter.
2. If you are afraid of the oil in the chicken soup, you can put the cooked chicken soup in a cool place, and after the oil has solidified, skim it off, and then reheat it for consumption.
3. Dried or fresh shiitake mushrooms can be used in this soup, and the nutritional value is the same.
