Stewed Chicken Feet with Yam
1.
The yam is peeled and sliced, soaked in water; the red dates are pitted; the chicken feet are cleaned and blanched.
2.
Add appropriate amount of water to the pot, add chicken feet, ginger slices, and green onion knots. Bring to a boil on high heat and simmer for half an hour on low heat.
3.
About half an hour, when the soup turns white and the chicken feet can be easily moved, remove the onion knots, add the yam and red dates, bring to a boil over high heat, and simmer for 5 minutes.
4.
Put some chopped green onion when eating, or drop a few drops of sesame oil.
