Stewed Chicken Nuggets with Pleurotus Eryngii Sticks

Chop the stupid chicken and wash it.

Wash the bone bricks.

Wash the eryngii mushrooms and cut into pieces with a hob.

Cut green onion into sections and slice ginger

Heat oil in a pan, add stick bones and chicken nuggets.

Stir fry until the oil comes out.

Add star anise and nutmeg and sauté until fragrant.

Add soy sauce and stir fry until fragrant.

Add water, white sugar, Mei Ji Xian, five-spice powder, salt and stir-fry well. Bring to a boil.

Turn the lid to low heat and simmer for 1 and a half hours.

Then add pleurotus eryngii.

Cover and simmer for 20 minutes, turn off the heat and serve.
Tips:
The simmering time is very long, and the water needs to be added at once.
