Stewed Chicken Soup

20 jujubes and 2 wolfberries washed.

Slice ginger and cut green onions for later use.

The hen is slaughtered into small pieces.

Boil the chicken pieces in the pot and blanch them.

Pick up the blanched chicken nuggets and rinse them with cold water for later use.

Add cold water to jujube and wolfberry, add enough water in place at one time, and add water to stew to make the chicken soup not fragrant.
7.
After the water is boiled, add the chicken nuggets, green onion and ginger slices, then boil and simmer for 3 hours. (The old hen takes longer)
8.
The chicken broth is simmered and seasoned with appropriate amount of salt.
