Stewed Chicken Soup with Figs and Mushrooms

Prepare ingredients: half chicken, shiitake mushrooms, red dates, figs, ginger slices.

Boil a pot of water in a pot, add a few slices of ginger, and blanch the chicken for 3 minutes after the water is boiled. At the same time, put water in the casserole to boil.
