Stewed Chicken Soup with Hericium and Chinese Yam
1.
Soak the Hericium erinaceus, tear it into small pieces and set aside. (PS: I tore it a bit too big, it is not easy to taste, it can be smaller, it is more delicious and tasteful)
2.
Prepare the materials as shown in the picture and spare.
3.
Half a local chicken, cut into large pieces, blanch it and wash it for later use.
4.
Peel 1/4 root yam, wash, and cut into hob pieces for later use.
5.
Pour chicken nuggets into the soup pot
6.
Pour the hericium.
7.
Pour the materials from step two.
8.
Pour in the right amount of water.
9.
Bring to a boil, turn to medium-low heat and simmer for 40 minutes.
10.
Pour in the yam and simmer for 20 minutes over medium heat.
11.
Soak the wolfberry for five minutes.
12.
Pour in the soaked goji berries and simmer for another 20 minutes.
13.
Add appropriate amount of cooking wine and salt, boil on high heat for 3 minutes, turn off the heat, put out the pot and put in a bowl, put a few green onions to enhance the color and fragrance, if there is coriander, better.
Tips:
Hericium can be soaked in warm water, which makes it easier to soak.
