Stewed Chicken Soup with Houttuynia Cordata Ophiopogon
1.
Tear off the skin of the chicken and chop it into small pieces. If it is a whole chicken, you don’t need to chop it. Just peel off the skin and cut the belly. Wash the chicken thoroughly, soak it in water for a while, and then rinse for later use
2.
1 piece of old ginger, washed, flattened, or sliced; pour clean water into the pot, blanch the chicken and old ginger together
3.
Appropriate amount of Houttuynia cordata (less than 1 gram), 6 grains of Ophiopogon japonicus, 1 grain of large sea soaked water to remove dust, impurities, etc.
4.
After blanching the chicken, rinse off the foam with a cold boil
5.
Pour appropriate amount of water into the saucepan, put the chicken in; then put in the washed houttuynia cordata, Ophiopogon japonicus, and styrofoam
6.
After the high heat is boiled, remove the foam, turn to medium and low heat, and simmer until the chicken is cooked and tender; if it is a casserole, it takes about 1 hour, if it is a pressure cooker, it takes about 20 minutes
7.
Just add salt before eating
8.
Chicken soup is on the table
Tips:
1. You can put some tenderloin and stew together with chicken, the taste is more delicious;
2. I don't like the taste of medicinal materials, so I add a lot of water, so you can increase or decrease the amount of soup according to your preference.
