Stewed Chicken with Mushrooms

Cut half of the chicken into pieces, put the chicken in a pot under cold water, blanch it and pick it up

6 sliced mushrooms, 1 sliced ginger, add shiitake mushrooms to boiling water and blanch them.

Pour the chicken nuggets from another pot, pour hot water, add ginger slices, add 5ml rice wine, cook for 20 minutes

Pour the mushrooms and cook for another 5 minutes
