I bought a vanilla chicken with a pack of compound seasonings inside. The merchant will really do business! Because the kids don’t like stewed chicken, so they cut off the arms and legs and roasted them. The chicken breasts were fried, and the rest was stewed with the seasoning package. Stewed Chicken with Mushrooms

1. A chicken is soaked in cold water to get the blood inside

2. Then remove the chicken legs, chicken wings, chicken breasts, and cut the rest

3. Boil it in water, take out cold water and rinse off

4. Boil the mushrooms in water and rinse off with cold water

5. Add appropriate amount of oil to the wok, sauté the scallions and ginger, add chicken nuggets and stir fry
