Stewed Chicken with Mushrooms

Chop the whole chicken into pieces, put it in hot water and copy it, remove it, and remove excess water

Soak the mushrooms in advance and cut into small flowers

Prepare green onion, sliced ginger, garlic, pepper, aniseed

Pour oil in a hot pot, add pepper aniseed, dried chili, green onion, ginger and garlic when the oil is hot and sauté until fragrant.

Add chicken nuggets and stir-fry slightly

Pour in the cooking wine, soy sauce, and sugar, and continue to stir-fry until the chicken pieces are evenly colored.

Pour in boiling water, over the chicken nuggets, and put in the mushrooms.

After the water boils, add salt, a little vinegar, turn to medium-low heat, cover the pot, and simmer for 20 minutes
