My mother-in-law brought two Chaiji chickens from her hometown and stewed one. The taste is so delicious. I haven't tasted it for a long time. This one is braised, and my son's mouth is full of oil.

Stewed Chicken with Mushrooms

1. Chicken chopped into pieces

2. Shiitake mushrooms in water

3. Red dates

4. After the oil is hot in the pot, add the chili, green onion and ginger slices

5. Pour the chicken nuggets

6. Add salt, light soy sauce, pepper

7. Stir-fry and add shiitake mushrooms and red dates

8. Add the water for soaking shiitake mushrooms

9. When the chicken is almost cooked, add carrots and simmer for another 10 minutes.

Tips:

The water for soaking shiitake mushrooms can be used directly
