Stewed Chrysanthemum

First process the ingredients. Remove the roots of Chrysanthemum chrysanthemum, wash and set aside; put the peanuts in a food processor and stir into powder; soak the vermicelli in advance to soften.

Pour proper amount of water into the pot and pour in the stirred peanut powder

Bring to a boil on low heat and add the soft soaked vermicelli.

After boiling again, add the chopped chrysanthemum chrysanthemum.

After left, cook until the vermicelli and chrysanthemum are well cooked and season with salt.
