In fact, today’s cooked meal is still what my mother likes to eat, which is boiled with chrysanthemum powder with peanut powder. I used to think that this meal should be our local food. I didn’t know until I chatted with my little sister, only our family. It tastes like this, but it tastes really good. Both adults and children in our family love it!

Stewed Chrysanthemum

1. First process the ingredients. Remove the roots of Chrysanthemum chrysanthemum, wash and set aside; put the peanuts in a food processor and stir into powder; soak the vermicelli in advance to soften.

2. Pour proper amount of water into the pot and pour in the stirred peanut powder

3. Bring to a boil on low heat and add the soft soaked vermicelli.

4. After boiling again, add the chopped chrysanthemum chrysanthemum.

5. After left, cook until the vermicelli and chrysanthemum are well cooked and season with salt.
