Stewed Cordyceps with Deer Antler Ribs

1. Prepare the materials

2. Boil the ribs in the water

3. After blanching, stir with cold water

4. Pour the ribs into the pot and cook, first cook on high heat, then turn the water to low heat

5. After half an hour, add cordyceps flower, antler flakes, green onions, ginger

6. It can be out of the pot after cooking for an hour, just add a little salt to drink

7. Cordyceps flower itself tastes more delicious, so Erniu didn’t even put any other seasonings

Tips:

Cordyceps flowers are special. Do not soak them in water before making them. They will oxidize and turn black. If you are afraid that they will not be clean, you can rinse them with water. However, if you rinse it, you can also wash off the spore powder on the Cordyceps flowers. And don’t simmer for more than two hours.
