Stewed Duck with Sauce and Dried Bamboo Shoots

Soak the dried bamboo shoots in water in advance, then blanch them with water, cut into small pieces, cut the coriander into small pieces, cut the shallots into small pieces, shred the ginger, and smash the garlic;

Tips:
1. Dried bamboo shoots should be soaked in warm water for a period of time in advance, and then blanched in water for a little longer, so as to reduce the time for simmering;
2. The amount of condiment should be adjusted according to your own taste.
