Spicy Duck

Chop the sauced duck into chunks.

Steam over high heat for 10 minutes.

Wash the green and red peppers and garlic sprouts and chop finely, and cut the ginger into shreds.

Put sesame oil in a pot, heat up, add green and red pepper, garlic white, ginger, salt, and stir fry.

Tips:
The sauced duck itself is salty, so you should put less salt.
