Griddle Sauce Duck

Take the sauced duck out of the packaging bag, this time only use dry pot fragrant sauce.

The lotus root is cut into strips, and carrots and cucumbers are also cut into strips.

Pour oil into the pot, add star anise, green onion, ginger, garlic and saute until fragrant.

Add lotus root.

Add carrots and cucumbers, cover and simmer for a few minutes.

Add light soy sauce and oyster sauce.

Tips:
1. If there is less soup, add some water in the middle.
2. The sauce bag itself has a salty taste, it is best not to add salt.
3. The lotus root is not easy to be cooked, it is best to blanch it first.
