Braised Duck with Sauce

Main ingredients: dried duck Accessories: vegetable oil, soy sauce, star anise, grass fruit, peppercorns, green onion ginger, spicy skin, green chili, rock sugar

Wash the skin of the duck with warm water and soak for more than 3 hours

Tips:
