Stir-fried Duck with Garlic and Spicy Sauce

Prepare chili, ginger, garlic and duck.

Wash and chop green garlic.

Heat oil in the pot, put down ginger, garlic, chili, star anise, and cinnamon until fragrant

Put down the duck and stir fry.
5.
Add some cooking wine, salt, sugar and stir fry.
6.
Add green garlic.
7.
Add some chicken essence and stir well.
Tips:
The sauced duck is already cooked, so just stir fry for a few minutes.
