I ate the remaining half of the sauced duck and cooked it with winter melon today. The taste is not bad!

Braised Duck with Winter Melon Sauce

1. Peel the winter melon and cut into small pieces

2. Half a duck in sauce cut into small pieces

3. Saute garlic cloves and red pepper in a frying pan

4. Add the winter melon cubes and stir fry for a while

5. Add the sauced duck cubes and stir fry

6. Add cooking wine

7. Add sauce

8. Add some salt

9. Add some soy sauce

10. Add some sugar and water to boil

11. Cook until the winter melon becomes soft and sprinkle with chopped green onion to serve

Tips:

1. After adding water, you can cook it more to make the winter melon soft and delicious;
2. Because the sauced duck is flavorful, the amount of seasoning is small.
