Stewed Fish Head with Sauerkraut and Tofu

Prepare the ingredients.

Heat oil in a casserole and fry both sides of the fish head.

Add sauerkraut and stir fry.

Add the right amount of boiling water and tofu.

After boiling, add sugar, soy sauce and balsamic vinegar and simmer for about 20 minutes. Finally, add coriander and cook. Sauerkraut has a salty taste, no or less salt.
Tips:
Other sauerkraut is not salty, and chili sauerkraut is also fine. The hotness and sourness is arbitrary.
